Empowering Futures Breakfast
I joined the Carnelian Foundation for its inaugural Empowering Futures Breakfast, recognising the opportunity we all have to empower children and empower futures without violence and abuse.

Queensland Children's Right Awards
At the Queensland Children's Rights Awards I was honoured to be recognised as a finalist for the PeakCare Young Change Maker Award.

National Premiere of "Unanswered Calls"
I was honoured to attend the deeply powerful national premiere of "Unanswered Calls" in Parliament House, Canberra. Unanswered Calls shares the story of 2 young people affected by domestic and family violence.

Queensland Child Protection Week Dinner
I was invited to present a speech at the Queensland Child Protection Week Gala Dinner in Brisbane, sharing how small moments of action can make a big impact in a child's life.

Brisbane Premiere of "Unanswered Calls"
I was grateful to attended the Brisbane Premiere of "Unanswered Calls", a film produced by SafeSteps that exposes the hardship faced by children who experience domestic and family violence.

7NEWS Young Achievers Awards
I was honoured to be recognised as a finalist in the 7NEWS Young Achiever Award for the Queensland Family and Child Commission Contribution to Community or Family Safety Award.

Brisbane Candlelight Vigil
I attended a tribute to those who have tragically lost their lives due to violence at the Brisbane Candlelight vigil.

Brisbane Catholic Education Interview
I worked with Brisbane Catholic Education to produce staff training videos that focus on improving staff awareness of the needs of students who may be living without safety at home.

Act for Kids Tree of Healing Event
I was invited to attend the Act for Kids Tree of Healing Event in Caboolture which was a powerful visual representation of how child safety is everyone's responsibility.

QFCC Youth Summit
I presented at the Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) Youth Summit for a second time, sharing the ripple effect that can come from taking risks, being vulnerable and daring to be different.

High School Presentations
I shared my journey into creating positive social change through Kids of Purple with high-school students from two high-schools.

ANROWS Conference
At the ANROWS Listen, Learn, Act conference I was grateful to be on a panel with other young advocates, sharing how young people deserve to have a voice about the decisions that adults make about them.

Understanding Pathways to Safety DFV Conference
I attended the Understanding Pathways to Safety Domestic and Family Violence forum, learning from sector leaders and many impressive advocates who shared their own personal stories.

Meeting at Parliament House
